Clinical Interests

Providing evidence-based assessment and interventions to young people and their families across a general range of clinical groups, including:

  • Anxiety and Depression
  • Eating Disorders
  • Autism Assessment (School-aged and adults)
  • Health Psychology (e.g. procedural anxiety, health anxiety, adjusting to a medical diagnosis)

Background and Experience

Marie is a Registered Psychologist and Clinical Psychology Registrar with a range of clinical experience. Marie has worked with young people and their families at the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne, providing evidence-based interventions around health challenges and anxiety. She also teaches developmental psychology and psychopathology at the University of Melbourne.  Marie currently provides evidence-based assessment and intervention to adults, young people, and their families with a broad range of presentations. Marie is particularly interested in assessing and working with girls and women on the Autism spectrum; a group who are significantly under- misidentified (and therefore under-supported).
