POSITION DESCRIPTION: EARLY CAREER AND ESTABLISHED PSYCHOLOGIST ENCOURAGED TO APPLY

At Entelechy, we offer a rewarding opportunity for Clinical/Educational Psychologists. As part of our close-knit team, you will experience a sense of autonomy while receiving support from our collaborative team. Our dedicated administration team takes care of diary management, invoicing, and other administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on your clients and clinical work.

We are seeking passionate individuals who are dedicated to working with individuals with complex needs and their families. As a Psychologist, you should have experience in conducting assessments and providing interventions for individuals with a range of neurodiverse presentations, including autism, learning challenges, ADHD, challenging behaviours, anxiety, depression, and OCD.

In addition, you should possess the ability to assess functional capacity and develop interventions that promote independence and confidence. Demonstrating excellent initiative and self-directed work practices is crucial, as is the ability to respond efficiently to demands and prioritise tasks to effectively manage competing deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively communicate with clients, families, and other professionals.

About you

Education, Qualifications and Certification:

  • Masters or Doctorate in Clinical/Educational Psychology
  • Registration as a psychologist with APRHA
  • Member of APS (or eligible for membership)
  • Current National Police Record Check
  • Employment Working with Children Check
  • Must satisfy all visa requirements for working in Australia.
  • Drivers licence
