To schedule a session with us, you have multiple options:

What are the opening hours?

We operate by appointment. Our friendly reception team will assist you in finding a session time that suits your needs when you call to book.

Are Telehealth sessions available?

We offer both face-to-face and telehealth sessions. Specify your preference when booking.

Where is Entelechy Therapy located?

Entelechy Therapy is situated at 367 St Georges Road, Fitzroy North, 3068. Tram 11, Stop 24 (Holden Street and St Georges Road) and Rushall Station (Mernda Line) are the nearest public transport stops.

Is there parking close to Entelechy Therapy?

For those driving, various parking options are available nearby, including 1 and 2-hour parking and all-day parking in the surrounding streets.

What will happen when I call to make an appointment?

When you call for an appointment, our reception team will inquire about your concerns, ensuring we offer the best support. Confidentiality is paramount, and if we cannot assist, alternative referral options will be provided.

What can I expect during my first appointment?

Your initial session involves understanding your therapy goals, background, and potential assessments. The clinician will suggest intervention methods tailored to your needs.

Do I need a referral and what is the fee structure?

While a referral isn’t necessary, bring relevant documentation if available. We offer fee structures below the Australian Psychological Association’s recommendations. For rebate options, consult your GP or psychologist.

How do I give feedback about my experience?

We appreciate written feedback via email or our online form. Constructive criticism is valued and addressed promptly.

Do your appointments run on time?

While we aim to run on time, unforeseen complexities may cause delays. We’ll inform you whenever possible.

How do I pay?

We store credit card details for seamless payment post-appointment. Alternative payment methods are available, and receipts are issued upon payment.

How do I cancel my appointment?

To cancel, notify us at least 48 hours before. Failure to do so or no-shows incur a cancellation fee.

How do I contact my clinician in-between appointments?

Contact your clinician via admin@entelechytherapy.com.au for non-emergencies. Responses are given when they are next at work.

What if I have an emergency and contact Entelechy Therapy?

For emergencies, contact your GP, the nearest hospital, call 000, or Lifeline at 13 11 14. We do not provide after-hours or emergency services.

What is the procedure for working with separated families?

We work with separated parents, aiming for shared goals. Court orders restricting access must be disclosed. A separate form for separated parents is available, addressing potential complexities.

What if I have a question or concern regarding the care I have received?

Raise concerns directly with us for early resolution. Written feedback is also welcomed.
